Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition you received it
With tags and in its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to proceed. Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Custom or personalized items
Personal care products (e.g. beauty, hygiene)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, please reach out to us at atpshopifygoods@yahoo.com.
